As a teacher of sixteen second graders, each day I am blessed with the  giving and receiving of unconditional love.  It comes from the familiar “good morning” smile exchange which I believe is a soul to soul recognition and acknowlegement, and the”Hey, Mrs. Spradlin, I got my new puppy last night!  It’s so soft and cute.  But I didn’t sleep at all because it cried,” stories.

Sometimes it comes through the  tearful moments when life gets you down and the only medicine is a hug.  Children are my biggest teachers in life.  This month I would like to honor my students individually and thank them for their wisdom of unconditional love.

To get to the heart, look to the children.  Unconditional Love can always be found there, in the heart of a child.

Love can easily be found in observing a sleeping child or pet. Take the time to enjoy the beauty of this and appreciate its beauty. It fills my heart with joy and love every time I take the time to do this.

These are simply examples of where Love can easily reside for many. You know where it resides easily for you. Take that feeling and apply it to something new in your life, and start at a place that is relatively easy and new to do. I don’t necessarily suggest making a leap into an area that would be hard for you to allow Love. That will come in time and with practice of allowing this energy into more aspects of your life.

Power vs Force by Dr. David R. Hawkins

Map of Consciousness as first introduced in his now famous book Power Vs. Force. The Map of Consciousness is a scale of 1-1000 where anything, anyone, any idea that is, or has ever been, can be calibrated as to its level of truth or “consciousness”.

The scale of this map is not arithmetic, but logarithmic, so a calibration of 300 on the Map of Consciousness is not only two times that of a calibration of 150 on the Map, but 10 to the 300th POWER! A calibration of 500 is 10 to the 500th POWER! HOLY MOLY! The difference in power as you ascend up the Map of Consciousness is ASTRONOMICAL in nature!

At Seeds of Intentions, our intent is to focus solely on things that are of high consciousness and power and truth. In other words, those things, people and ideas that calibrate at 200 or above on the Map of Consciousness. This is the level at which true power and positive life affirming “vibrations” or energy begin.

For relative reference and points of interest:

600 on The Map of Consciousness is the entryway into enlightenment.

1000 is the level at which life’s avatars (those who comprehend advanced states of enlightenment) like Jesus and The Buddha reside. 1000 is the highest level one can be and still remain in the body. When someone at this level of consciousness resides on the planet, she/he has the power to offset the negativity of the entire planet!

Only 4/10th’s of 1 percent of the world’s population calibrates at 500 or above. Someone calibrating at this level has the ability to offset the negativity of 750,000 people calibrating below the level of life affirming power of 200.

One individual calibrating at 300 offsets the negativity of 90,000 people below the level of 200.

50% of the United States calibrates at 200 or below. 78% of the world’s population calibrates at 200 or below.

There are now over 22 people residing on the planet today that calibrate at 600 or above. HOLY MOLY! This is significant if you consider the fact that there was a period of time, now termed The Dark Ages when noone on the planet calibrated above the level of 600 for Hundreds of Years! There is SERIOUS change going on now and we all are a part of it!

The Law of Attraction and Manifestation Book Collection

Ok…so I have intended to attract many opportunities into my life. In the realm of work, I have intended to attract work that I love to do, with people that inspire and elevate me to new levels of creativity and expression. I also intend  to be graciously paid at the rate I want to be paid. Additionally I intend to allow many channels of  financial prosperity to open up for me. I no longer limit my ability to earn on one single source, i.e. one job!

So….something I have noticed about myself in this process of manifestation…..I have found that with some topics, I have some “deep seeded issues” that need to be addressed. Many times these issues are so deep seeded they are unconscious now. I am sure I am not unique in that I have issues about money!?!

I finally recognized this clearly when the topic of pay came up for me. I was offered a temporary job to work for a relatively measly hourly wage. I was so irate, that I realized this was a “deep seeded issue” for me and the person who presented the job and offer to me was simply reflecting the beliefs I still held about myself in regards to work and pay. He was in fact a true gift to me!

I knew I had to address this issue and I did so by calling up family and friends and expressing my frustration and anger. “F” bombs were going off everywhere about this!

After two days of expressing how I felt, I was relieved. I felt like the “charge” around this topic had been diffused and was no longer there. I came to the realization that I am consistently highly productive, creative and appreciated. I was just not “letting it in”!

A week or so after this incident, I received five offers for work at the rate of pay I asked for! No questions asked.  My point about this whole thing is that if you are frustrated with the law of attraction and manifestation, there may be a belief or “vibration” that you are holding that you have lived with for so long, you are unaware of it! If this is the case, you may never manifest on a certain topic  until you recognize what limitations you have placed upon yourself in any regard on any topic.

Be aware, that if someone presents you with something you do not like, and it makes you angry or frustrated or any number of emotional things, YOU ASKED FOR IT! After you go through your emotional gyrations and reactions, STOP and reflect on how you attracted this situation to yourself! You are holding a “vibration” about this issue that life, the universe, God, whatever you want to call it is bringing to you. It truly IS a GIFT! You can choose to recognize this now or later….you can be sure it will continue to present itself until you let go, surrender, and/or transcend this issue!

It is a profoundly effective technique developed by Lee Beymer of Radiant Health Center in Aspen, CO.  I am a living example of the power of Quantum Emotional Clearing^TM. Practice Grace. Grace is a natural way of responding to and appreciating your life through your heart. Feel your way through your day. Pay attention to your emotions as well as your lack of them. If you had a tale that wagged when you were in a good direction or moment, feel that in your heart and let that lead.

Please be aware even when you are uncertain. This willingness to let it in puts you in a state of allowing which will bring you closer to your source vibration-your natural way. Simultaneously, let it go through you.

Realize all ways. You may feel good about some and neutral and not so good about others. It does not matter except what feels good for you.

Eventually you have begun to filter out what does not serve you. You have learned to pay attention to your own life, your own business. It serves no one to involve yourself unsolicited or otherwise in another’s business.

Come to your senses. Literally become one with your own feelings as you go about your day. Be glad your inner guidance – or early warning system – is up and running.

Interrupt less than positive thoughts. Hit the delete button. It lets you know where you thought you thought you were going. In fact if you were thinking the interrupted thought you were activating a low vibration of a “some” day situation.

Always say Thank You. Say it to others. Say it to God.

Teach others by allowing them to see this good feeling and the authentic person you are.

Easy. It is all meant to be easy. Appreciate that.

Today’s daily  journal writing topics are on the power of intention to focus  ONLY on what you do want to attract in life be they experiences, relationships or things. It is a powerful way to be and only magnifies your ability to be the deliberate creator of your own life.

When I first was “attracted” to the Law of Attraction books and all of the Teachings of Abraham the most significant thing that was suggested and was one of many “ah ha” moments while reading the books was that it is most important to ONLY focus on that which you DO want in your life.

I never even considered any other way as I continually gave my attention to things I didn’t like!…and what I do like of course, but I noticed that when I’m giving my attention to some thing I don’t like I’m really giving it my all!  I feel like much of my time and heartfelt emotions in the past was given to examining, judging, and criticizing things that I did not like! (Though I am a predominantly positive individual)

Little did I know I was attracting the very thing I did not like by giving it so much of my attention. I stopped doing that.

So today, I am offering you the opportunity to consider this and change your mind. When you catch yourself looking at something you don’t want, stop what you’re doing and ask yourself, what do I want instead? For many it will be a new way of thinking. It’s well worth the effort as the “pay off” is life changing!

Law of Attraction Coach Spiritual Healer and Guide

I am officially using the power of intention in this daily journal writing blog to set my intentions in regards to today’s journal writing topics on work.

I just started doing some new work for a friend yesterday and the intentions I set for this work are already in motion as I set them a few days ago. I am just unable now to sit down and get them into our daily journal writing blog and include it in the journal writing topics.

I’ve noticed that the power of intention is even greater when your intentions are truly heartfelt, light and fun.  The intentions I set in regards to doing this work were this:

• To have fun. To be highly productive, inspired and creative and to allow not only what the business needs but more importantly what the end user of the product I am working on needs to flow through me.  I intend to take what I “think” out of the way and allow what I “feel” is for the “highest good” to inspire me.
• I want to be in harmony with all that I interact with and truly intend to only see the best in everyone and inspire the best in everyone because that is truly the truth of us all!
• I love that I am so wholly gifted and that I am able to contribute in SO many ways…and that I am so wholly appreciated in so many ways as well!
• I love that I can do what I love to do in regards to work…its play time for me!

on board! I was filled with joy, inspiration and appreciation for being a part of something new and introducing myself into a whole new circle of people (which was my intention the other day in regards to attracting new relationships!). My “channels” of joy are WIDE OPEN! The flood gates are open!

I have another book recommendation for you too! I have had You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay for some time now. I pick it up every now and then for reference. Last night I picked it up and started to read some chapters in the middle of the book and of course I was brought to the topics on this

Yesterday I intended to write about this topic in this daily journal writing blog but I was in the midst of an “issue ” that threw me into an emotional tail spin… and I have to say that these types of “issues” are now rare for me, so when they pop up they surely awaken me to the fact it is something I need to address and allow to pass through me.

In the past I would repress some “lesser” emotions with the perhaps, misguided belief it wasn’t “spiritual” or “evolved”. Now my understandings and experiences reveal differently.

The Book Oneness

I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the book Oneness by Rasha. This book has been my bedside companion for close to a year now. It is a highly evolved and powerful book that expresses the truth of our changing times on this planet, and the truth about our need to allow all that is to express itself fully and completely right now regardless of how negative or destructive it may appear to you. I highly highly highly recommend this book!

There is so much wisdom and truth at a high level in the book Oneness that peace and knowing resonates within me while engaged in reading and fully integrating the messages in this book.  I have been transformed in many ways this year, this book has assisted me greatly in “shifting” into new levels of awareness and certainly new levels of allowing. I am becoming a Master of the law of allowing. I feel it. I see it. I am free-er,  even more positively oriented, happy, inspired  and at ease with life. Again, I highly recommend this book.

Now, in regards to allowing your own emotional expression, it is vital that you do. My experience has been that when I allow key issues that really effect me to be expressed fully, they are released and I am relieved, at peace with the issue, and shifted into another level of awareness. It is of great benefit to allow this to pass through you in this way. Otherwise it will be presented again and again until you surrender to it and express it! I think the word for this is transcendence.  It’ s a beautiful thing!

So two days ago something came up that caused me to feel anger, frustration and resentment. I was SO filled with “piss and vinegar” (so to speak) I couldn’t believe it! I had to call up friends to express how I felt. I was dropping “F#$%” bombs left and right.  I realized I needed to express fully…and I did! I rarely drop “F” bombs by the way!

I also had to do some Quantum Emotional Clearing (which is similar to an Emotional Freedom Tapping Technique). Typically one tapping session is sufficient. I did 3 or 4 with this issue! Hello!?! Apparently it needed to be addressed!

Today I woke up refreshed, clear and new as if the “issue” was gone. Love that! I even got a clairvoyant message (an image I see in my 3rd eye while my eyes are closed)  this morning that said “Thank God – Paatrick”…and yes, my “messenger” spelled the name Patrick this way! I know why I received this message and I know that Patrick helped me see this issue (though he is not aware of it) and I was able to address it and get through it.

So I continue to use the power of intention in this daily journal writing blog. My intention is to master the law of allowing of myself and of course others.  I am setting intentions to recognize emotional issues when they come up, address them and express them as necessary so that I am Free of these feelings again!

Even now I am moved to tears as I think of his unbelievable strength and sacrifice.

This was Danny’s first Native American vision quest and my first time supporting a “questor”. I have to say it is on my list of the top five things I’ve witnessed another human being endure and accomplish.

At this present moment, traditional sentences and complete thoughts can not come close to conveying my level of appreciation for my husband and his chosen spiritual path. Because of this, I have decided to write about the moment, I first saw him and the other vision quest participants after their four days of solitude and fasting, in phrases that make sense to me:

Drums pounding
Voices chanting
Flute singing

They’re almost home!

Sun shining
Wind whispering
Leaves falling

They’re almost home!

Eyes spotting
Heart skipping
Tears flowing

They’re almost home!

Feet stumbling
Arms raising
Smiles radiating

They’re home!

Souls recognizing
Eyes locking
Spirits connecting

He’s home!

Ancients witnessing
Ancestors celebrating
World elevating
