Intention versus Control and flower essences

Author: I have had experiences when I wanted something too intensely. This intensity rather than allowing kept the wanted manifestation in a frozen holding pattern. The back flower essence Vervain helped ease the intensity so that energy can move again. I have vervain tendancies so I watch out for that and check in with the flowers. Wanting to control too much is also a Beech trait. Intentions are easier and take practice. It is fun, simple and easy when it’s intention.
