Contemplating New Years Resolutions and Natural Weight Loss Again

You have been brought here because as you are contemplating your New Years resolutions on weight loss. You are feeling

This year it is different because you DO want to keep this resolution and and you’ve asked yourself how. You realize you truly care about your body and physical well-being  but you want your weight loss efforts to  be in alignment with a healthy natural weight loss. Not some “lose weight fast” scheme…again. It is this frequency of willingness that has brought you here.

I personally have been burdening myself and “Who I really Am” with a lifetime focus on weight loss and have come to the realization that it is more that has kept me from the state of radiant beauty and vibrant natural health that I know I truly am.  The root of my excess weight has really been my unconscious feeling of vulnerability and my need to protect myself or better yet hide myself behind excess weight. I have felt this often, especially when I lose weight and get closer to the place I want to be with and in my body.

You Can Heal Your Life Book by Louise Hay

I have finally recognized this fully and consciously and am doing/being something else. My willingness to change these patterns in my life led me to the renowned book by Louise Hay called “You Can Heal Your Life”. She recognizes and identifies patterns of thought and behavior that lead to many diseases in the body and dysfunction in life.  She has holistic healing practitioners that use her book as a reference and confirm that 85% of her diagnosis appear to be true for their patients. I too am an Holistic Healing practitioner and have found her prescriptions for healing and change to be extremely helpful and powerful.

So…I suggest you look inward and ask to be shown the true reason for the condition of excess weight in your body. You already know the answer, but your willingness to change will bring you the power (true power that is) to change this condition.  It will also lead you in the direction that is best for you and answer your questions….just be open to how your questions are answered. Life will use the whole Universe to do this. Just be open and willing to receive answers and assistance in any way that it comes….don’t dismiss any answers and assistance as “coincidence”. Life LOVES to “show up” in wondrous, fun and seemingly miraculous ways. It is all in answer to your heartfelt prayers and intentions. It happens all the time with me, now that I am SO willing to listen!

Following is some assistance in your answer to this prayer. I currently state this to myself on any topic that I want to change, but for natural weight loss this is what I say:

“I am willing to change. I am willing to release excess weight from my body. I am willing to release all thoughts, beliefs and patterns in my consciousness that have led me to the condition of excess weight in my body.

I am safe. I do not need to hide. I am willing to be “Who I Really Am”. I love my body and appreciate it’s magnificence and divine connection to life and all that is.”

That’s it! You can reword it any way you like. Remind yourself with something like this everyday. The more you do, the more you are “tuning in” to the powerful frequency of willingness and willingness to change.

Happy New Years 2010!

Ok, so I’m a bit hesitant to even do the whole New Years resolution thing except that it is the one time of the year that the intentions to set News Years resolutions are high, so  there is a willingness here to go with that high vibrating flow and the willingness to change….but before I do I’d like to first address the whole “shoulding” thing.

Please DO NOT “SHOULD all over yourself” (I love that phrase and just had to share it!) about anything! If you think you “Should” make New Years Resolutions forget about it and wait until you feel your true willingness to change something in your life. You can’t change for anybody else but yourself. “Shoulding” typically involves feelings of guilt…and guess what? Guilt is a VERY low vibrating frequency. It is scientifically calibrated at the low end of the vibration scale and is inherently negative and downward pulling. So why waste your time there? There is NO support at all in that frequency. It is weak and false so smile, recognize where you are and say Adios! to the frequency of Guilt!

On Willingness and Willingness to Change

Our intentions with this blog is to assist you in understanding where the power to create and live a happy, prosperous and fulfilling life exits. Our understanding is supported by the *scientific studies of consciousness that actually calibrates different levels of well being and exponential power. These studies have been compiled into what is now famously know as The Map of Consciousness created by Dr. David R. Hawkins.

To make this science more comprehensible to an everyday person (who simply wants to enjoy a wonderful life) I am using the metaphor of tuning into a frequency like a radio station. The Seeds of Intentions radio station of choice is WKSMO Radio (Kosmo radio for short) where we “tune in” to and appreciate the powerful, loving and supportive frequencies of life, the Universe, the Cosmos….whatever you want to call it!.

Willingness can be found on WKSMO Kosmic Radio dial,  frequency 310.

The significance of the number 310 (or calibration as we scientifically refer to it as) is that it is exponential in nature. This frequency is actually a mathematical calculation that it is equal to= 10 to the 310th power (which if you remember your early math = (10×10x10×10x10…..x10) 310 times! That’s a BIG number! So tuning into Radio 311, for instance  is a QUANTUM LEAP even from 310!

By contrast anything under 200 on our “radio dial” is negative, downward pulling, and NOT life affirming. Examples of those downward pulling frequencies are:

• Pride
• Anger
• Desire
• Fear
• Grief
• Hatred
• Guilt
• Shame
• and everything of that nature in between.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE if you intend a joyous, fulfilling, wondrous and prosperous life for your self. You are NOT supported by the powerful frequencies of the Universe down on the lower end of your radio dial! It is your choice to tune your radio to any station you like (aka Free Will). Make a conscious choice to do so.

In regards to your New Years Resolutions and making changes in your life,  tuning into the frequency of  Willingness will help you tremendously in making these changes. It is a Quantum Leap in power and support from fear, doubt, guilt “shoulding”. Your willingness attracts the frequency of willingness and the powers to change to you.

So while you’re contemplating your New Years Resolutions consider these words to repeat to yourself whenever you need a reminder of your willingness to change something in your life:

I am willing to change __________________. (fill in the blank) I am willing to release all thoughts, beliefs and patterns in my consciousness that has created this condition. I choose ______________. (fill in the blank).

The power in this statement is real. It works! I have been applying this thinking and way of being  in my life for a while now and am a living example of the truth of what what I am saying. It is also the truth of what we are intending with our company Seeds of Intentions…it’s the whole reason we started this company in the first place!

Doves the Symbol of Peace

In the spirit of Christmas and unconditional love this is a spiritual Christmas message I’d like to share with you…..

As mentioned in an earlier blog post, the “Vibration” or “Frequency” of Unconditional Love calibrates at 540 on The Map of Consciousness…simply a scientific measurement of this vibration…click here for more on this.The point of this is that I personally have been “tuned in” to this frequency this week and am realizing I can actually feel it! The Spirit of Christmas, Peace on Earth, Good Will Towards Men is a seriously high frequency coming in at 675 on Dr. David R. hawkins’  Map of Consciousness.

I was at the grocery store today and this frequency of Unconditional Love is palpable. It is in the air. I see it in people’s faces and hear it in their voices. Everyone is lighter in spirit, warm, welcoming and genuinely quite loving by nature. The more I notice it the more I become “tuned in” to it. I feel so loving and light today;  I know by experience and ….let’s call it revelation (for lack of a better word) this is how life is meant to be on an on-going basis.

So how do we go about this?

Well, without getting into the meaning of consciousness and all that high falootin’ scientific stuff, let’s simply look at it like a radio station. Uncondional love is quite a different frequency than the frequency most people are tuned in to on a daily basis. S o decide you want to tune your vibration to that of Unconditional Love. And since we can associate a number to it, in this case 540, you decide your going to tune your radio in to WKOSMO 540 on your cosmic radio dial. To tune into this station this week, go out into the public by yourself and simply observe what’s going on. This vibration is already in the air, so practice tuning into it.

To practice this, simply start appreciating how kind and loving people are right now and decide this is how you are going to be at every conscious moment (notice I said conscious moment!). Be kind, loving, compassionate and appreciative of everyone you encounter this week. See how incredible you can begin to feel! Because I consciously do this on a daily basis, I am living closer to this level of vibration every day. Some times I turn on WKOSMO 425, which is quite linear and intellectual, or some other radio frequency, but do manage to get back to channel 540 on my cosmic radio dial.

I can’t recommend to you enough the magnificence and beauty that the frequency of “radio station WKOSMO 540″ is.  I say it again,  I am Graced beyond words to have experienced it (this level of experience/life)  purely and fully. It exists. It is accessible to everyone who wants to live in that experience and level of awareness. This is what Jesus Christ was suggesting as well….aspiring to this level of existence. Jesus was tuned into radio station WKOSMO  1000…and that’s a hole other ball game! But he knew the level of unconditional love, at 540 is attainable.

So during this Holiday, pay attention to what I am suggesting and decide for yourself whether it is worth your focus or not. Unconditional Love is what a child is

Unconditional love, in regards to levels of consciousness, calibrates at 540 on Dr. David R. Hawkins Map of Consciousness.  The true and pure experience of  JOY resides at this level of awareness as well.

It is a rare human being that lives at this state of awareness or above. An individual “vibrating” at this level of awareness has the Power to offset the negativity of 750,000 people below the life affirming consciousness level of 200.

It is an extremely powerful vibration and place to BE. The energy (you may call it vibration) at this level is transformative and life changing.

You can introduce the “vibration” or energy of pure and true UNCONDITIONAL LOVE  & JOY into your life every day by connecting to your heart and focusing on the energy of Unconditional Love and Joy.

Here’s some examples of some things that calibrate at the level of 540 and above :

Unconditional Love  can easily be found in observing a loved one exhibiting qualities you so admire and love in them. Take the time to enjoy the beauty in another and appreciate their true inner beauty. It fills my heart with joy and love every time I take the time to do this and remember who is behind the eyes of every living thing. Seeing the beauty in all living things is immensely transcendent and opens you up to the flow of grace in not only that moment, but life itself.

These are simply examples of where you can “feel” or “tune into” the frequency of unconditional love. You know where it resides easily for you. Take that feeling and apply it to something new in your life, and start at a place that is relatively easy and new to do. I don’t necessarily suggest making a leap into an area that would be hard for you to allow Unconditional Love. That will come in time and with practice of allowing this energy into more aspects of your life.

Because I, the writer of this post have  experienced this level of awareness, I would like to share with you the magnificence of this experience and state of being. It is beyond words and beyond any experience you could imagine having. Nothing else matters at this level….ego gratification, material desires, occupational accomplishment all dissolves and is meaningless relative to this experience.

It is not beyond anyone to have this experience. All you have to do is ask and know it is yours for simply the asking. You also have to let it go and allow it to come.  In the mean time focus on loving, unconditionally,  every living thing.

Power vs Force by Dr. David R. Hawkins

We’d like to introduce you to Dr. David R. Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness as first introduced in his now famous book Power Vs. Force. The Map of Consciousness is a scale of 1-1000 where anything, anyone, any idea that is, or has ever been, can be calibrated as to its level of truth or “consciousness”.

The scale of this map is not arithmetic, but logarithmic, so a calibration of 300 on the Map of Consciousness is not only two times that of a calibration of 150 on the Map, but 10 to the 300th POWER! A calibration of 500 is 10 to the 500th POWER! HOLY MOLY! The difference in power as you ascend up the Map of Consciousness is ASTRONOMICAL in nature!

At Seeds of Intentions, our intent is to focus solely on things that are of high consciousness and power and truth. In other words, those things, people and ideas that calibrate at 200 or above on the Map of Consciousness. This is the level at which true power and positive life affirming “vibrations” or energy begin.

For relative reference and points of interest:

• 600 on The Map of Consciousness is the entryway into enlightenment.
• 1000 is the level at which life’s avatars (those who comprehend advanced states of enlightenment) like Jesus and The Buddha reside. 1000 is the highest level one can be and still remain in the body. When someone at this level of consciousness resides on the planet, she/he has the power to offset the negativity of the entire planet!
• Only 4/10th’s of 1 percent of the world’s population calibrates at 500 or above. Someone calibrating at this level has the ability to offset the negativity of 750,000 people calibrating below the level of life affirming power of 200.
• One individual calibrating at 300 offsets the negativity of 90,000 people below the level of 200.
• 50% of the United States calibrates at 200 or below. 78% of the world’s population calibrates at 200 or below.
• There are now over 22 people residing on the planet today that calibrate at 600 or above. HOLY MOLY! This is significant if you consider the fact that there was a period of time, now termed The Dark Ages when noone on the planet calibrated above the level of 600 for Hundreds of Years! There is SERIOUS change going on now and we all are a part of it!
