Les Brown quotes resonate with me.  Especially this one because I have come into the experience of knowing this to be true. I also realize that there are steps between doubt and knowing the truth about this and anything.

Here are my feelings about the steps to knowing…..

1. first there is fear about being responsible for your life,
2. then there is doubt that you can be responsible,
3. next there is hope that you are responsible for your life,
4. then trust comes about,
5. now there is belief that this is so,
6. finally you come into knowing that you are responsible for your own life. This is where true freedom exists, and you realize you are the creator of your own life experiences.

Each step is vibrationally different and is an experience unto itself. Allow yourself to be where you are on any subject. My feeling is, “what’s the hurry”? We are here throughout eternity. Enjoy the process. Enjoying  the contrast as contrast is the spice of life. Each step is simply the “launching point” to another level of understanding.

You can “feel” your way into the knowingness and the acceptance that you are responsible for your own life experiences. You are the sole (soul) creator of your own life.

What if we – being from source, divine, essence of All – you know…

we are all part of deity that has come to earth as a part, in order to appreciate the whole better?

If you are wondering why you are feeling one way one week or month and then flip into another mode, take a look at this article. Those of you wondering about the New Earth, Earth changes, Shift of Earth Energy, Mother Earth “letting go”, your own ascension, enlightenment, or why you just know more for no apparent reason: you are not alone. All these things are related, connected, turned on. We are all experiencing some very new stuff. You may relate to quite a bit here. Please!  Enjoy it!

Your experience of shift has occurred.  It is occurring still in other aspects of life on earth.

Much of your experience now is blessed with new sight.  You see differently.  You feel more deeply.

You connect more intimately from the (heart). Take now and expand the heart for that is where your knowing comes from. This is where your dreams reside and with the refocusing on the heart and away from the (old) memories of the old book of the soul you open the new book of the soul.  In it you find it resides in all of you.

The new book of the soul is a continuous wave that reaches the consciousness of what you call the Divine and tugs at your physical being to be allowed TO BE. This long lost being is found in the heart.  It hears your breath and the rhythm of universal life. It collects vibrations that match your hearts desires and leaves you hungry for more. It leaves you filled to overflowing with love and gratitude, wonder and passion. It flows with compassion and understanding, joy and life itself.  It manifests being from the beingness of al life and connects you intimately with your hearts desires. There is no limit here. There are only limitless bounty and abundance and it has been waiting for you for eons.

The new book of the soul is like no other before. It is the culmination of all that is contrast to what has once been said to be dark or lower vibration. This is enlightenment to the light of love. This is the squiggle and breath that resides so limitless and infinite through all beingness.

The new book of the soul moves and integrates with you and about you filling your cells and channels, your energy fields and those with whom you come into contact. Those is more than what you perceive, whether by sight or to be animate or alive. All is alive. All vibrates the energy of life. You are apart of it all and it a part of you and together you will feel at One.

The new book of the soul is connected and unified. It has neither depth nor depthlessness. It is the source of what you call Miracle. It is the source of the soul itself.

The new book of the soul has pages that are filled with your endless imagination. It can not hold karma. It can not hold memory. It only connects and moves; it integrates and connects. There is nothing faster calibrating, nor faster moving – not even light. This is beyond the Merkaba, beyond the state of mastery; for there is no light that is not shining, nor energy that is not vibrating perfectly in alignment with the source of the soul. There is nothing to master over. For divine understanding is relative and perfect as well.

The new book of the soul will be as coming home at last to the one you love most dear. You are at calm peace. You are confident and serene. You can not “slide” from this place or go back to where you thought you were. It is now and now IS.

The possibilities are endless and limitless. The human form has changed for those who have crossed over to the new book of the soul. We can now share this with you: the new book of the soul is like Atlantis in very small ways. The new book of the soul is how you say, heaven on earth. There is no death. There is no fear. There is only love. From now is now. Watch and know as you connect rapidly with those of your kind, with those crystal beings who were born unto you, with those who have traveled similar paths to come to be at one in what we call heaven on your earth.
It is not with some sadness you might feel regret and some aspects of grief upon leaving the earth you long knew. But how quickly love envelopes you, welcoming you into what you have longed for and prayed for and imagined.

You will find it fun and surprising at first how easily life becomes your hearts desires. It is exactly as if “no” is not uttered you. You become one with all and they feel their divine source through you and so pay service to their own self by serving you and those with whom you connect and who connect with you.

And so a family unlike the separateness you once knew grows in joy and thrives.

This is where your story begins.

This is where we will share the joy of being you.

Doves the Symbol of Peace

In the spirit of Christmas and unconditional love this is a spiritual Christmas message I’d like to share with you…..

As mentioned in an earlier blog post, the “Vibration” or “Frequency” of Unconditional Love calibrates at 540 on The Map of Consciousness…simply a scientific measurement of this vibration…click here for more on this.The point of this is that I personally have been “tuned in” to this frequency this week and am realizing I can actually feel it! The Spirit of Christmas, Peace on Earth, Good Will Towards Men is a seriously high frequency coming in at 675 on Dr. David R. hawkins’  Map of Consciousness.

I was at the grocery store today and this frequency of Unconditional Love is palpable. It is in the air. I see it in people’s faces and hear it in their voices. Everyone is lighter in spirit, warm, welcoming and genuinely quite loving by nature. The more I notice it the more I become “tuned in” to it. I feel so loving and light today;  I know by experience and ….let’s call it revelation (for lack of a better word) this is how life is meant to be on an on-going basis.

So how do we go about this?

Well, without getting into the meaning of consciousness and all that high falootin’ scientific stuff, let’s simply look at it like a radio station. Uncondional love is quite a different frequency than the frequency most people are tuned in to on a daily basis. S o decide you want to tune your vibration to that of Unconditional Love. And since we can associate a number to it, in this case 540, you decide your going to tune your radio in to WKOSMO 540 on your cosmic radio dial. To tune into this station this week, go out into the public by yourself and simply observe what’s going on. This vibration is already in the air, so practice tuning into it.

To practice this, simply start appreciating how kind and loving people are right now and decide this is how you are going to be at every conscious moment (notice I said conscious moment!). Be kind, loving, compassionate and appreciative of everyone you encounter this week. See how incredible you can begin to feel! Because I consciously do this on a daily basis, I am living closer to this level of vibration every day. Some times I turn on WKOSMO 425, which is quite linear and intellectual, or some other radio frequency, but do manage to get back to channel 540 on my cosmic radio dial.

I can’t recommend to you enough the magnificence and beauty that the frequency of “radio station WKOSMO 540″ is.  I say it again,  I am Graced beyond words to have experienced it (this level of experience/life)  purely and fully. It exists. It is accessible to everyone who wants to live in that experience and level of awareness. This is what Jesus Christ was suggesting as well….aspiring to this level of existence. Jesus was tuned into radio station WKOSMO  1000…and that’s a hole other ball game! But he knew the level of unconditional love, at 540 is attainable.

So during this Holiday, pay attention to what I am suggesting and decide for yourself whether it is worth your focus or not. If so, we have plenty of resources on our website for further pursuit and inquiry. In my experience, it is true…”when the student is ready, the teacher appears”… the “teacher” by the way is whatever you are drawn to…a book,

I was watching the movie “Coach Carter” last night and there was a part in the movie where a student recites a quote that was so beautiful and moving I had to share it. I “Googled” it to discover the author to be Marianne Williamson.  Here it is:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

This month of November brings forth an awareness of appreciation and thanks for the gifts in our lives. Native American Indians view the turkey as a symbol of abundance and fertility. This noble creature. (like the peacock), struts and fans his glorious plumage for all to see! An expression of strength and pride we all should acknowledge within ourselves. The noble turkey also gives the ultimate sacrifice… the giving of self. In this time of reflection we all need to be mindful of what we give to others and what we receive in turn for

A Different Perspective About True Love:

An old woman sat on the antique rattan rocking chair. Her eyeglasses were perched precariously on her nose as she concentrated on her sewing chores. A gentle breeze swept the wisp of whitish hair on her temples.

Beside her sat her teenage granddaughter. She was like a fresh flower recently bloomed. Without warning she suddenly blurted out. “Grandma, why is true love so difficult to find?”

The old woman with a kindly face stopped sewing and touched her granddaughter’s head affectionately. After a moment, the young girl cuddled closer resting her head on the old woman’s lap. “Listen and I will tell you why,” began the grandmother.

“Many centuries ago, when the world was young, true love existed everywhere. It was available for asking. Because of this, men and women took true love for granted, so God decided to keep true love.” She stopped and smiled as she gently stroke the young girl’s soft tresses.

“God asked a pair of angels to keep true love. First, they buried true love in the ground. But man and woman easily dug it out. Next, the angels took true love to the highest mountains. But again man and woman easily climbed to the top. Then the angels submerged true love into the deepest sea. Man and woman swam to the bottom of the body of water and with ease retrieved true love.”

“So true love is easy to find,” commented the young girl.

“For man and woman will dig, climb and, swim.”

“Yes, but finally the angels kept true love in the hearts of man and woman. Since then people have had difficulty searching for true love. For they look everywhere except in the one place that should keep it – the heart.”

As a holistic, integrated energy therapy (IET) practitioner this topic is appreciated. I just read an inspiring account in Norma Gentile’s newsletter http://www.healingchants.com about healing and service.

One of the reasons I do not ask clients to voice their ailments but rather their intentions is to get closer to spirit. As mentioned in the link above, “fixing” thwarts the path of another. I always let the client spirit lead the way. Root causes that are gently tapped into often allow for the gentle and easy unfolding of issues that may have manifested physical symptoms, addictions or intense behaviors.

Reawakening the roots by clearing imprints and energies allows the natural way to unfold. It is not always necessary to have a “fix”. But usually it finds its own way.

I have had experiences when I wanted something too intensely. This intensity rather than allowing kept the wanted manifestation in a frozen holding pattern. The back flower essence Vervain helped ease the intensity so that energy can move again. I have vervain tendancies so I watch out for that and check in with the flowers. Wanting to control too much is also a Beech trait. Intentions are easier and take practice. It is fun, simple and easy when it’s intention.

Lenado, CO October 2009 – My husband set off a few weeks ago on his long anticipated Native American Vision Quest. Before he left, I watched him measure and cut 405 pieces of colorful cloth, pinch 405 clumps of tobacco, pray 405 separate times and string 405 prayer ties together; a common ritual prior to this vision quest. I watched him eliminate his cup of coffee, his sweet treat before bed, and his daily news fix. I watched him pack his bag, load his truck and drive away.

Even now I am moved to tears as I think of his unbelievable strength and sacrifice.

This was Danny’s first Native American vision quest and my first time supporting a “questor”. I have to say it is on my list of the top five things I’ve witnessed another human being endure and accomplish.

At this present moment, traditional sentences and complete thoughts can not come close to conveying my level of appreciation for my husband and his chosen spiritual path. Because of this, I have decided to write about the moment, I first saw him and the other vision quest participants after their four days of solitude and fasting, in phrases that make sense to me:

Drums pounding
Voices chanting
Flute singing

They’re almost home!

Sun shining

Leaves falling
