Seeds of Intentions is a Colorado based corporation co-founded by three women following their inner guidance and intuition. Each woman brings her unique gifts for the benefit of one another and the benefit of all.

Amy Spradlin:

Amy has been interested in spirituality her whole life. She feels strongly connected to Native American spiritual practices, although through her travels she appreciates Eastern philosophies as well.

“For me, I have found that each sprititual path has wisdom to offer, and I choose to meld the sacred components that personally resonate together to create a spirituality that is unique to me.”

Amy became involved with co-infounding Seeds of Intentions after watching the movie What the Bleep Do We Know? and reading the book The True Power of Water by Masaru Emoto and Noriko Hosoyamada. Through the descriptions of the power and energy of words on water crystals, Amy was inspired to share the wisdom of these findings in the form of this company and its offerings.

Renee Brest, Co-Founder Seedsofintentions.com

Renee Brest:

Renee has always had a desire to be a part of something greater for the betterment of the world. Her career as a para-medical esthetician has taught her a lot about compassion and sensitivity to other people’s needs, not only esthetically but personally. Renee felt there was a “bigger” picture out there as far as making a positive impact on and in the world.

With her own intuition guiding her, she approached her good friends Amy and Liz (the other two co-founders of Seeds of Intentions) about becoming involved in this venture knowing it felt SO right. She knew her participation would also be not only fun, but a huge learning experience for her. The idea of promoting awareness and consciousness in turn leads one to living life to its fullest potential with unlimited possibilities.

Liz Gracia:

In 2003, Liz experienced a quantum spiritual awakening. The experience was so magnificent for her it was her sincerest desire to share the experience of the presence of Divinity and the higher states of awareness with others.

This process was not always magnificent, but immensley trying as well. The trying aspect of this is what has lead her to all the pefect sign posts along the way that have lead to the perfect information and guidance. It has assisted her in assimilating and coming into an understanding of the nature of spiritual ascension, of transcending all positions that ARE, and of knowing that EVERYTHING IS the essence of life playing itself out in the perfection of ALL that IS.

“I never imagined I would be a part of something like this. Saying something like that (the last sentence in the last paragraph). Six years ago I would have rolled my eyes and thought who ever said something like that was kooky!”

Perspectives and levels of allowance change significantly in profound and joyous ways as you move into the experience of the higher vibrations of awareness, perception, and life.

Liz has been inspired by the teachings found in the Conversations with God series of books by Neale Donald Walsch, the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins in his book Power vs. Force and the teachings of Abraham, in the Law of Attraction books by Esther and Jerry Hicks, all of which can be found and are highly recommended throughout this website.
