If you’re a journal writer and a scrapbooker, you may very well enjoy the art and expression of visual journals. We at Seeds of Intentions, more specifically Amy Spradlin, have been introduced to the art and creative expression of visual journaling. In fact Amy, co-founder of Seeds of Intentions has worked with Sheri Gaynor (author of Creative Awakenings) on visual journaling and has been inspired by this form of expression.
Sheri Gaynor is a licensed clinical social worker, a registered art therapist, professional coach and a mixed-media artist. She offers transformational workshops, retreats and events, combining writing, photography and mixed-media. Sheri resides with her husband just outside of Aspen, Colorado, in Carbondale, which is where Seeds of Intentions is headquartered. For more about Sheri, visit her website at about Living Our Dreams.
We’re taking the time in this blog to introduce you to Sheri, her professional offerings and to highly recommend her newest book Creative Awakenings…which reinforces all that we are here to share with you!

What I love about blogs is that they spark an idea in my brain. When that happens, I really feel as I require to comment with the hope it might be interesting to some people. Because you will find plenty of blogs and forums with many points of view, they question your comprehension. It is at these moments when you have important insignt other individuals might not have had, together with the blogger him/herself. I find myself coming back to to your writings only simply because you’ve a number of really good insights and also you’ve been at this a very long time, that is really inspiring and tells me you know your stuff.
