The Power of Intention – A place for daily journal writing
Seeds of Intentions, welcomes you to
this daily intention setting journal to “Plant Yours Today”!
Growing Instructions:
1. Plant your seeds (of intentions, or that which you care to create and experience and call forth into your life).
2. Water with intent. (Meaning focus your attention in a heartfelt, light, happy appreciative manner on that which you intend for yourself).
3. Watch for the budding seedlings. (They may show up in many ways in the form of coincidence, synchronicity and manifestation. It’s simply a sign that you are “tuning in” to the frequency of that which you want or intend.)
4. Practice conscious living. Pay attention to where your thoughts are going and how you are feeling or acting. If you are focused in a positive easy going manner on your intentions, you are a powerful creator. If not, you need to “change your mind” every time your mind leads you in a direction you do not want to go. Negative emotion is a sure sign you’re headed away from what you want on any topic.
Daily journal writing is a powerful way to set the intentions you have for your life, today, this week or this year. The intention of this daily journal writing post is to invite you to come here often to place a daily intention for yourself and to assist you in understanding how it is you get what you get in your life and how you can deliberately create that which you intend and what you truly want.
The other power of intention we are setting in this community journal is that we are here to help uplift and provide life affirming guidance and direction to our fellow journal writers and “gardeners” (all you seeds of intentions sowers).
Once we all start these powerful intentions in motion, we’re going to
have to go fill up our Law of Attraction Synchronicity blog with our vast stories of manifestation and fun and wondrous stories of synchronicity and coincidence.

OK…so I just wrote this post above. I noticed that the word count was 333 right when I finished! I half considered writing more, but know the power of synchronicity and the meaningful-ness of 333! It’s a Master number!
I know a clear sign when I see one. ‘Nuf said!
OK…so let me be the first to set my intentions today:
Today I intend to continue to have fun at my job, which is contributing to this blog, developing our website community, and appreciating how much I love to inspire and remind others of their true magnificence and nature.
I also intend to wholeheartedly continue to appreciate and allow all the wisdom, guidance, and knowing that comes through me because I know whatever comes out is intended to touch our readers at the perfect moment in time.
“Ask and it is given”. I am well aware of the truth of this matter and welcome the opportunity to continue to give and share and allow you to be who you are!
Well, well, well Q, does it count that you continued your blog in your comments and therefore went above the 333 word count…not ‘nuf said!
Anyway, really like this post as a wonderful reminder that setting intentions, especially in writing, is a very powerful motivation to act on, or be ready to receive, the benefit of the intention. A very sustainable model!!! Thanks so much for setting the intention to help me set mine.
I am an avid journaler; was glad to find this post. Intention is so important in setting yourself on the right path. Thanks for the reminder to watch for those negative thoughts, since they will not lead us where we want to go!

OK trouble….’nuf was said when I finished writing that post!?! REALLY!….
Plus in my newly published blogging rule book, comments don’t count as a part of a post. They are merely afterthoughts in the land of “Q”.

Just a little blogging fun! I love the post and I feel that Intentions are the driving aspect of our actions. Please forgive me for the “cheeky” comment! PC
It is a wonderful web page.
I’ve bookmarked the site and also I will tell my friend regarding it.
Gives thanks
